Summary of article �Against violence

and drugs: seminar in Oulu�

 At November,7,8 in Oulu took place a seminar �Men and women at the border�. The aim of the meeting was to develop cooperation between Republic of Karelia anf Finland.

Participants analyzed present situation in aspects of increasing violence, drug dissemination and prostitution.

In the end of the seminar program announcement were  made by both side. Their essence is necessity of further cooperation between Republic of Karelia anf Finland in this field. It should be noted that Kostomuksha was said to be a �motor� of such cooperation.
